The AI driven: HR Tech is the expo for AI-driven HR & workforce automation in München, curated by the HRM Institute. It focuses on AI agents, AI-enhanced HR systems, data & AI infrastructure and concrete AI use cases, with live demos instead of PowerPoint. The expo runs alongside TALENTpro, the expo festival for recruiting, talent management and employer branding.

The expo is aimed exclusively at qualified specialists and executives with an active interest in HR transformation, AI-driven HR, workforce automation, HR technology and talent & learning: for example CHROs, heads of HR transformation, HR IT and people analytics, CFOs and COOs, HR directors, heads of L&D and talent management. All trade visitors are validated, and tickets are personalised and non-transferable.
